What to get in touch about

Report an error

A step that is wrong, a menu name that has changed, or a fix that did not work. These are acted on first and the guide is corrected.

Include the guide URL and the wording that does not match.

Suggest a guide

A printer problem that is not covered yet. Descriptions of real problems are how the list grows.

Describe the symptom, not the fix you think it needs.

Reuse or republish

Quoting a passage, translating a guide, or using one in a larger work. Small quotations with a link are fine without asking.

Say where, how much, and in what language.

General questions

Anything else about the site — how a guide is written, whether a topic fits the scope, or a correction to a legal page.

Expect an answer, not a sales reply. There is nothing to buy.

Write to us directly

The simplest route, and the one that works if the form below is not convenient for you:

Email address

hello@microhuv.live

Please put the guide address in the subject line where relevant — for example Correction: paper-jam — because it goes straight to the right person that way.

Or use the form

For a correction, quoting the exact wording that does not match speeds things up considerably.

microhuv is a static website, so this form does not transmit anything on its own. Pressing the button formats your message and shows it here so you can copy it into an email client. Nothing leaves your browser until you send it.

What to include

  • The page you were on. The address bar solves most back-and-forth in one message.
  • What you expected and what happened. “The guide says clear the rear door, and there is no rear door” is a complete report.
  • Operating system and browser, if a menu path is what differs. General versions are more useful than specific build numbers.
  • Whether the fix worked. Even a failure is useful information — it stops the next person wasting an evening.
  • Machine type in general terms. Inkjet or laser, single tray or multi, with or without scanning. No model number is needed.

What this page cannot do

  • Diagnose a specific machine over a message. Guides are general, and a machine with an unusual fault needs someone looking at it.
  • Recover a document lost inside a failed print queue.
  • Recommend a brand or a part. microhuv does not endorse products.
  • Provide warranty service, repairs or replacement parts for any device.

If a guide has not solved a problem, a local repair business or the manufacturer's own service channel is the appropriate next step — this site has no connection to either.

Ten guides, no brand names

microhuv is an independent website. Guides describe printers in general terms so the same steps work on any machine.
